When we roll up our sleeves and work together, we can accomplish a lot more than we can alone. That’s the spirit of TogetherGreen’s Volunteer Days program. Through Volunteer Days, people from across the U.S. are given opportunities to take part in conservation projects to restore, preserve, and monitor natural spaces. And you don’t need to be out in the wild to participate--these natural spaces can be found in cities and suburbs too.
Every year, this program sponsors close to 250 volunteer events at 40 sites around the country. Volunteers at these events have already logged tens of thousands of hours of service, achieving impressive results.
Specifically, the Volunteer Days program supports Audubon sites and other pre-selected organizations that are committed to hosting volunteer events that achieve conservation results, reach new audiences, and use innovative approaches. See Volunteer Days Frequently Asked Questions for more info.
